While conducting our research we heard over and over again how frustrating it was to get the afghan or quilt shipped.  Not only does it require research into who will accept your blanket, but then you have the cost of shipping it as well.  The other common concern was how do you know it reaches the child or person that needs it the most.   Warm the World works directly with several organizations to insure our beautiful blankets are placed with the child or person it was intended for.  By researching the organizations, staying in constant contact, requesting acknowledgments upon shipment, we are confident our blankets are received and given in love.   All our volunteers have to do is either drop off their completed blanket at a designated drop off location, call for pickup, or come to our headquarters location.  

Another benefit of working with Warm the World, we have no size, pattern or time requirements.  You pick the pattern, size, color, and work on it at your leisure.  We refuse no one and novices are encouraged to join the fun.
